Returns and exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.  Returns or exchanges are accepted for new, clean, unused, unworn, unwashed Gaiter Pods or Products with original tags and in saleable condition. If you’ve worn your Gaiters or products on a training run or workout, during a race, to the gym, to a costume party, on a hike, bike ride or other adventure, or on an Instagram photo shoot, they are worn, whether or not you’ve washed them.

Please contact us prior to any return. Your return must include the item in its original and unused condition, proof of purchase, original packaging, including unused sticky hook & loop shoe attachment tape and instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping, so please insure or track your package for peace of mind.

Returns costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and duty costs will not be refunded.
